Hey Mommy! We know Ramadan is hard for all of you & you are running out of energy, so we’ve got you covered with the top foods to eat for suhoor to remain hydrated and energized the rest of Ramadan. 

1. Eggs  

They are filled with tons of protein, rich in vitamins and nutrients. For example: You can make a heavy vegetable omelette and pair it up with brown bread or you can also make scrambled eggs and put them on a slice of brown bread or you can just boil it & eat it!

2. Oatmeal

Oatmeal is an appetizing source of proteins and carbohydrates. You can add bananas, peanut butter and milk for extra energy & for a yummier taste. Just customize the dish in such a way that it tastes delicious and is fulfilling.

3. Fruits and Vegetables

Rich in minerals and vitamins that helps one feel energized. Fruits & vegetables help you stay hydrated for longer time. For example: watermelon, strawberries, peaches, tomatoes, cucumbers, and lettuce. That a go to when you are in hurry.

4. Greek Yoghurt with Granola 

This just takes a few minutes to prepare, just grab a greek yoghurt instead of the normal one for extra protein, add granola/ fruits, and you are good to go!
